The room was functional with double bed, electric heaters and cupboard for a nice stay. There was delightful food, the staff was very welcoming. Perfect and lovely location - within a walking distance of everywhere we needed.  

It was spotless and airy with electric heaters, good enough for celebrating anniversary.

Particularly good and unbeatable setting, I had fine time.

The low budget hotel was cheerful. I had functional, great value for money room with cupboard, bunk bed, as example.

Breakfasts are complementary and gorgeous!!

The place is original and spotless, everything is fine, it should have higher than 3 star rating. It has marvellous and magnificent location close to Watergate Bay meaning a short walk to Boardmasters festival. I really enjoyed the staff, 

It had absolutely perfect location, adjacent to Fistral Beach, local shops and Porth.

Incredibly nice people working here, lovely small and original place. Functional, airy rooms with tea and coffee making facilities, and TV.

There where functional, airy rooms on top of cupboard. The breakfast was complementary and gorgeous with vegetarian sausages and we spent evenings in the main bar on-site. The location for Newquay was particularly good, not far from the town 

Impeccably clean place, functional rooms, supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast to star a day with vegetarian sausages. Perfect and magnificent location to Boardmasters festival, original style building. A good small and original hotel, my first choice in Newquay.  

The location of this lovely small and original hotel was magnificent, to the Newquay city centre. The breakfast was complementary with vegetarian sausages, so much to pick from. Everything was perfectly fine, however a few employees where not very friendly. 

The staff were all pleasant, and the room was functional with double bed. The location was marvellous to the beach or Eden Project or St Ives. And it was also just next door to town centre,

Marvellous and brilliant location for visiting Newquay, it's right by the beach, town, surrounding areas, and Newquay and surrounding areas. The staff are lovely people.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the city centre and just a short distance from the beach, Eden Project, and St Ives. This makes it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying all the
